Production of Wines and Sparkling Wines of Lake Garda

We work our land with great respect for nature and this territory so that we can preserve all its features.
We follow a specific path of know-how and processes to produce organic wines and sparkling wines that fully express the flavours and values of the territory of Lake Garda.

Our special wines, vinified by the rosé wine method, are made from grape clusters that are hand-picked into crates to keep them intact. The grapes are then cooled in a refrigerated cell at 4°C, for 36-48 hours, before the whole grapes undergo the soft pressing process.
The juices extracted from the Crémant pressing method are separated according to their quality, which directly corresponds to the pressure exerted on the whole grape clusters: we only use the first juices - the free-run must - to make our wines.
